James F. Wright {Creator, Writer, Spy}
The son of a schoolteacher mom and a Superman fan dad, I was reading comic books and comic strips from as far back as I can remember. Raised on “Top Dog” and eventually graduating to “The New Mutants” thanks to my older brother, my love of comics only continued to grow. It wasn’t until a few years ago, though, that I thought seriously about writing them, and I’ve been enjoying doing so since then.
When I came up with the idea for the Geek Zodiac, turning it into comics hadn’t even entered my mind. I simply thought of the things my similarly geeky friends were into when we were growing up, and with them in mind I conceived of the 12 signs. Where I was into superheroes, other friends were into robots, or ninja, or pirates, or zombies (and often with overlapping interests) and I soon discovered this was true for people of all ages and backgrounds, not just kids from my generation.
Once Josh got his hands on it and applied his original art to it, I knew what we had to do: we had to make it a comic. And so, after months of hard work, sweat, joy, tears, and encouragement, here I am. Making comics and I couldn’t be happier.

Joshua G. Eckert {Illustrator, Designer, Wizard}
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been a “dabbler” in some art form or another. Both my parents are artists, so from a very early age I was encouraged to be creative. It was that encouragement that propelled me to “dabble” in a variety of art forms growing up, but the one thing all my endeavors had in common was storytelling.
Over the past few years, I’ve focused my efforts in college to get me closer to a career in visual storytelling (animation, story art for films, and, of course, comics), but why wait to get hired, when I can make these things a reality and start learning from experience now?
As far as I’m concerned, life is a passion project.
Ever since James put together the Geek Zodiac and I, on a whim, redesigned it for mass consumption, the project seemed to take on a life of its own. I’m in it for the long haul, no doubt. This thing is just too much of a blast.

Kevin Johnson {Animator, Inker, Time Traveler}
Kevin hasn’t written his bio yet and I’m not going to write it for him. Actually, yes I will:
Kevin Johnson is a crappy artist. I don’t know why I let him get into this project. He drew this crappy drawing you see to your left. It is crappy. The End.
